An Introduction to The Art of Rebirth
The beginning is not optional. It's where we start.
Curled up in darkness, without any reference point for the sights of the outer world, inside a human cave of flesh we are fed, blissfully ignorant, within our mother's womb. But if you were to draw a line in the sand...where would you say, for sure, that life started? Was it when you came out of the womb, or before? We see you in there, and as we believe easily what we see, rather than not, we would say, and do, before. But how much before did you exist? Did we have our start from the seed that came from our father? And if so, how far does this seed trace back? What about energy and consciousness itself? You see, humanity's Genesis and Origin's Story has always had us in fascination. We have handed down stories of our conception, and of an almighty God and other demi gods competing for our attention. Becoming one with the story, and one with the pattern of true authentic existence is The Art of Rebirth, the beauty of transformation.
"In the Beginning God Created."
The Art of Rebirth is about capturing lightning in a bottle. A magic trick of the moment. It's where mountains of unbelief are moved and faith of the Divine is revealed, through experience. Experiential revelation. It can come in many ways, however the mystery is always presenting itself here & now, hiding in plain sight: All that is, changing into all that is. From our human perspective it seems to be all that is, changing into all that will be....but by the time some future idea or expansion or change is done...it is present. No more in the future, but fixed in the almighty now. You see, we see the future and our past in the context of the now, not the other way around. It's not that these memories are useless, they give us our reference point for understanding. The future is filled with visions and a roadmap to where we would like to go. Without intentional dreaming however, we wind up in the same cycle: perhaps different faces, in different places, but the old story, looping from before. It's not until one decides to rebirth or is initiated by life in order to do so, that one can change the script and reconcile loops of thoughts & behaviour which no longer serve us.
This cycle of death & rebirth is obvious in the world, everywhere. We see it in the fading of the leaves each year, a guarantee of the coming greenery. We see it in the breaking down of our houses, and the repairs we choose to do in order to make like new again. We see it in the caterpillar and the butterfly, perhaps most extraordinarily (is this a picture of the human becoming angelic, as described by the scientist turned mystic, Emmanuel Swedenborg)? We see it in the breaking down of world powers and systems, with the following rebuilding of them, in different forms. We see it in our pets, and the dreams we have after they have passed. We see it in a new day. We see it in our loved ones. We see it in ourselves.
So what is this magazine? What is it?
We are here to explore The Art of Rebirth through Music. Art. Wisdom.
It is being here in this moment with all that is, and enjoying it.
We may continue to explore The Art of Rebirth together, through media, through meditation, through contemplation, and through resurrection.
That's the invitation. To become all that is, on earth, as it is in heaven.
